Practical information

Working hours

Consultations are possible during the day and in the evening, by appointment only. Please send a mail to info@christinepannier.be or call me on the number 0496 51 48 90. I will give you an appointment as soon as possible.

The office

The office is situated in Leuven, Arnould Nobelstraat 28/0401 (in the building Zeven Tuinen). It is only a few minutes from the train and bus station. It is easily accessible by public transport. The entry is a glass door, showing the street numbers 24, 28 and 30, across from Jozef II-straat. The bell has a scroll system. Scroll until you find the name Pannier and then ring the bell.

Appointments

An individual consultation takes one hour. A consultation of couples therapy takes one and a half, especially at the start of a counselling process.

In the interest of yourself and other clients, appointments have to been kept. Appointments can only be cancelled for a valid reason. Cancelling an appointment is free up to 24 hours before the appointment. After that time a consultation fee is charged.

The honorarium is 70 euro per hour.

My schedule is flexible and I don't use a waiting list. I am convinced that a person having a request for help wants express himself and be heard as soon as possible.
With a little help from me we can generally arrange an appointment within a few days or a week.

The frequency of the sessions is decided by mutual agreement. It depends upon your request and your resources throughout the psychotherapeutic process. The end of the psychotherapeutic process is preferably also decided by mutual agreement.

A multidisciplinary team

When you have been referred by your general practitioner or an other physician, I can eventually write a report presenting my findings and conclusions. In this way we can achieve an efficient collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

When you prefer to safeguard the confidential character of the psychotherapeutic sessions, this will of course be respected.

At your request I can write a report to your medical expert or controlling doctor.

Anyhow the relationship of trust between the psychotherapist and the client will always be essential.
